Welcome! I am a Ph.D. candidate in Applied Mathematical and Computational Sciences at the University of Iowa, advised by Professors Qihang Lin and Beste Basciftci.
My research focuses on optimization for machine learning and decision-making under uncertainty.
- Methodologies: bilevel and nonconvex optimization, first-order methods, stochastic and distributionally robust optimization, and mixed-integer programming.
- Applications: transportation, capacity planning, facility location, classification and robust learning, and fairness-aware machine learning.
